RaceSolution

Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

1. Who handles payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides all customer service inquiries relating to payment and handles returns. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the payment method used for the original purchase.

2. 14-day refund

If you are not happy with a paid RaceSolution subscription, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of being charged. This applies to:

  • your first payment for a paid plan;
  • each annual renewal payment; and
  • charges for seats or modules added part way through a year.

No reason is needed. When a refund is made, the paid features it covered are removed and your organisation returns to the free plan for that module. Your events and data are kept.

3. After 14 days

After 14 days, payments are not normally refundable, including for unused time or seats you no longer need. We will still give a pro rata refund for the rest of your billing period if:

  • we stop providing the Service, or remove a feature that is a material part of your plan;
  • you cancel because of a material change to our Terms and Conditions; or
  • the law requires it.

4. Cancelling auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each year. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the billing section of the app or through Paddle's customer portal. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the organisation moves to the free plan. Cancelling does not delete your data.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your organisation name and the order number from your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law. See our Terms and Conditions for the full agreement.
